Plants coming along nicely. Some very mild edema so I gotta cut back on the water and maybe take them out of the containers as it may be trapping too much humidity. But overall doing well so far.

Just gonna bump this old grow log since I don't have anything too exciting to warrant starting a new one. Basically, I'm gonna be growing a few aleppo plants indoors through the winter. Might try to squeeze a couple micro mini tomato plants in the tent too if space permits.

Nothin wrong with a little Tabasco. More of a nostalgic flavoring for me. My dad also dumped Tabasco in my mouth when I was a kid and got caught saying a bad word. Oh the sweet taste of rebellion.. 🤣🤘

Not too sure about compost and fertilizer for indoor but I use fox farms ocean forest for potting soil and dyna gro as my nutrient. Tomatoes and bell peppers are on the bottom of the list of things I would ever consider growing indoors. Starting with tomatoes, determinant tomatoes are generally smaller plants but produce larger fruits. Larger fruits need strong sunlight or at the very least, a sophisticated indoor lighting...

Consider adding juniper berries.

I really like the low heat level jalapeno sauces. Especially if they're roasted or smoked. The flavor is usually on point.

Heat level? I'd dump that in some pork chile verde.
