    Wild Boar Garden´s hot Glog 2023 ✌️

Thank you very much @OCD Chilehead! ✌️ Every year I know what I am getting into with this amount of plants, but I just can´t resist :D When the last frost is over I feel like ALL the plants need to be in their final destination by then. But it takes usually at least one week, more realistic...

    Wild Boar Garden´s hot Glog 2023 ✌️

Hi there! Most of my peppers made it finally into their end pots for this season. But before I had to work on the soil mix. First of all I emptied all the old pots and sieved the soil. Next step was rinsing the pots with water. And then mixing the soil. Its a mixture of old soil, some...

Hi everybody! today a little update on the chilis :) It is getting really crowded in the basement as the plants are getting some good size. Most of them are in 13x13 cm / 5x5 inch pots now. The C. pubescens won the race with producing the first flowers! 😍 Some nice flowers on the...

    Wild, Indeed, Community Thread

I just picked this link up here a few weeks ago and found it really helpful for the different capsicum varieties. I found it really interesting to see where they come from geologically. Maybe there are some information you are interested in :)

    Growing some tasty stuff

I see you have al kind of possibilities. Doesn´t make the decision easier! 😬 A polytunnel would be really nice to have, maybe next year :) I will step back a little bit this year and mostly concentrate on peppers and tomatoes. Not enough time this year 🤷‍♂️ But garden planing usually needs more...

    Wild Boar Garden´s hot Glog 2023 ✌️

There are ten days in between the two pictures, so it took roughly two weeks for the maturing. Yes exactly, the window is facing south. And it was also in the living room, so quite warm :) To be honest the taste is not as good compared to fruit which ripened in the sun and on the plant. But...

    Wild Boar Garden´s hot Glog 2023 ✌️

My best Rocoto growing year was 2021 so far @Mildfruit. We had a lot of rain and really cold weather for the first month of the season. A lot of the fruit did not get ripe though and had to mature at the window. Worked actually better than I thgouht :) In the heat they tend to throw off...

Hello all! Today I found some more flowers and a friendly guest 🙂 A01 - Beaver Dam: A14 - Paprika beraní roh pálivá: I also had to do some repotting. Most of the plants are now in 13x13 cm / 5x5 inch pots. Biggest I can do indoor with that many plants. I have 10 pots with 5 l / 1,3...

    Wild Boar Garden´s hot Glog 2023 ✌️

I put the seeds into my germination box at 14.01.2023. I am not exatly sure about the actual germination date but it took roughly 3 weeks. So far only one seed out of 5 came to life, so the germination rate was only 20%. 40 days sounds like torture! Maybe I just got lucky! 😅😬 First time for me...
