Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone!   I'll try to stay a bit more active around here although I have a lot to learn.   On another note, my jalapeno seeds sprouted yesterday, waiting on the others (Thai, Trinidad Scorpion, Pepperoncini, Ancho, Habenero)  I can't wait for Spring!  

Hi, I'm John, and I like peppers. I stumbled upon this site a while ago and lurk here now and then. I'm kind of a novice, I've been trying to get some growing and hot sauce making info here.   Thanks for all the ideas so far.   Cheers, John
