Sorry About the delay everyone, I spent all day yesterday in bed sick. Will have it packed up and at PO early afternoon Friday and tracking number as soon as I have it.

well, I guess i am tired lol thought I had posted this here last night.   Train arrived safe yesterday, Will go through it and get it on it's way Wed.  

Was there any interest in the odd ball fruit and edible cacti seeds I have?

I had intended to post this earlier this week, but you know... Life. One seems to be growing well, the other just starting and I will have to get a pic of he other, but it is just kinda sitting in the pot doing it's thing.

This was a very fun TD. So many wonderful burgers and so many difficult decisions.   Great job everyone.

The idea of a heritage TD is interesting. I am predominantly French( don't speak a word of it) I do very little actual French cooking, so it would encourage me to learn more about the foods from there.
