Thanks, that would be great! I was also thinking to try kimchi with different pepper varieties, to see if it makes any difference. The first time accidentally bought just around half of the amount that was needed of gochu, so added a blend of dried annuums i had, and found the outcome a bit more...

I just harvested the isolated pods the weekend, so still need some time the seeds to dry, but will have some nice ISOs.
