Hi all, I'm having fun with a new pressure canner, mostly canning Jals in less vinegar, tomatoes, soups etc. Do any of you have a tried an tested recipe for a chilli sauce I can pressure can?

How's yours doing? I'm growing over 200 varieties this year, all podding well, but the one pod I want to see the most is keeping me waiting! If it normal to have to wait so long for a Pink Tiger pod!? last time I looked there weren't even any flowers and the plants are waist high!

A friend of mine has a 2 year old Joe's long plant. The odd thing is in the 2nd year all his pods are jet black! what's going on? I've never seen this kind of change on an over wintered plant before. Any ideas?
