Anyone know what the parentage is of Rhino DD pepper?

I have only one plant of the C. pubescens species growing this year. I know it won't cross pollinate with other species but can it self pollinate? I was told it needs a fellow plant to make any fruit. 

I'm looking for a couple of serrano (type) seeds. Anyone point me in the right direction for Sinahuisa , Huasteco or Hidalgo seed or 2 ? I'm not having much luck.
