all of the jalapeños I have going are the yellow variety from whitehotpeppers.com. It's not actually called a monster jalapeño sorry for confusing you haha. But yeah a few of them have super wide ones on them, nothing consistent though but tons of pods. Here are a few more pics of the fatter...
