im curious to how much heat was in the peppers, since i read that you have to stress them (not water) to get the capasin to produce the heat.  just wondering how hot they got since they are in water their whole life.

Got a couple germinating now, have a few plants left over from last summer, they where late coming and I managed to get them into 4" pots and 500ml yogurt containers

I can't wait for summer time to roll around again! Start work on replacing the plastic on my greenhouse, got so cold it shrank and split.... Again thanks for advice guys
