    The making of Wolfblood

Wolfblood is an extreme sauce not only because of the rocoto heat! With berries and alot of sweetness it´s hard to understand and to use for people that arent very used with cooking. I´d never give a bottle of this to anyone that isnt a really good chef because they wouldnt understand and then...

    Superhot Concentrate

I admire all the effort you put into those concentrates AJ! I´ve been cooking aswell. I just chop the superhots roughly, 2-3 times each, add some vinegar (less than you), some sugar and a dash of salt. cooks it for 20 minutes and then into 0,5-1 liter jars.

consistency How to thicken the sauce?

Yeah, i know about them and that made it feel kind of lame to name it something with blood. but wolf is somehow a little bit different approach and combined with that it stands for the north along with the unique lingonberries made it ok :) Like you describes it, that is exactly how i want the...

consistency How to thicken the sauce?

Ok, nice! It´s hot, but not like an atomic bomb. the sauce will be perfect for example - glaze for pork, any kind of game; stuff that wolves eat! :)
