I put my hot sauce on Facebook. A few friends have bought my hot sauce and a store wants to sale it. What are the legality of this. Do I have to make a certain amount to register it. My real question is am I going to get in trouble or fined.

I am just getting started having a better than i thought start up, now i have the problem of producing    do any of you know where i can get 5oz woozy in bulk  and Carolina reapers in bulk  red ghost in bulk? 

when I make my hot sauce, I just blend ingredients and put into a jar  why do some of you simmer and also sear your peppers or grill?    i am new to this looking for direction on how to master this game 

i am going to start selling my hot sauce  How many of you buy your peppers from a distributor or grow your own?   

what do you guys use to thicken your hot sauce?
