    Error connection timed out

    I'm getting it all the time on my desktop (Firefox, Chrome, cookies and cache cleared). Slow on my tablet (same as above) but pages will load on second or third try, full site. My phone runs the mobile app almost perfectly, a few pages are slow but don't time out. Any thing I can test?

    Mine was ok after a week but could have used more time. It was too crunchy for me. Mine stopped fermenting in the fridge because it absorbed the brine. Probably because it needed more time to ferment. Or I needed to mash out more liquid.

    Those are all a matter of personal taste. There's no right or wrong except for food safety. I'm too lazy to remove seeds plus my blender pulverizes them anyway.

    Depends on the end texture you want. A food processor will make a textured chunky sauce but not a real puree that's smooth. I usually make my mash with a food processor or Ninja then blend after cooking/fermenting. I blend in an old Vita Mix or my new Blendtec. They can even obliterate seeds to...
