Anyone ever tried to flavor a sauce with bourbon or any other alcohol? Ive never made a sauce but I have a bunch of habaneros and bahamian goats I can use; was wondering what pouring some bourbon in may do for the flavor.  Thoughts?

So this was packaged as a Bolivian Rainbow. Some of the peppers seem to be growing straight up like Bolivians, but the majority of them are starting to look like some kind of chilli... Whats your guess?

When do you all typically transplant your seedlings to larger pots from starter trays/cells? Do you base it on things like number of true leaves, height of seedling, seedling age, etc? Thanks,
