    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

I have this installed https://mazzei.net/venturi_injectors but its global, not isolated, so obviously I have to treat certain plants manually if needed. Does  Florikan have a soluble product?

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

Neighbor that grows vegetables came over and told me he had the same issue. Added Alaska 5-1-1 weekly on ghost only and issue was resolved. soil PH in all rows is still 7-8 but plants are doing well as you can see here. https://www.facebook.com/magnofarms

The issue was nitrogen deficiency. Ghost are finally green and growing, slow but growing, some producing pods.

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

I carefully mixed in peat moss,  aluminum sulfate and sulfur in an attempt to lower the pH from 8-9 down to 6-7 but it isn't happening. Ordered some agricultural lime to see if that works. I then added 12-0-0 feather meal and that did it.  Everything is getting better and some are even flowering.

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

We had rain again yesterday, tester shows WET everywhere. PH in the rows looks to be 8-9, potted ghost 7-8 so on the alkaline end of it. Some plants look better and are starting to green some.   Is this an added option to further...

Never considered it. Once the rain stops I will clear them out.

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

We own the land, grass and weeds prior to planting. Timeline here if you are interested in the process. https://www.facebook.com/magnofarms/    The rows are 49 plants, all ghost on the left, with the typical miss labeled plant in between. Trinidad Scorpion and Cayenne in the middle row...

Same GPH on all heads, give or take. I may have underestimated recent rains and should have checked every couple days like normal.

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

I appreciate all the advice and apologize for the contradicting mentions, just desperate to keep them alive until I get it figured out. Soil is the same across the rows, AG was not processing soil samples due to Covid-19 when I planted, I will see if they are testing yet.   Once I figure this...

    Ghost Issue, Need Help Please.

I have not, all other pepper plants are doing well. It must be either they need more water than others and/or different nutrients. I am going to mix some black kow and crab meal to see if that helps. I would rather not guess and am hopeful someone can share their "ghost" specific experience so...

    Transplanting Tips Needed Please

This is what happens when you are a rookie, have a last minute epiphany and passion drives you. Hopeful it will be OK through the winter. Some years this part of TX does not freeze, fingers crossed. I purchased freeze cloth 20'X50' and will have heat lamps inside the structures.

One month after transplant and they all survived. Most are already flowering and some have peppers.

    Transplanting Tips Needed Please

245 plants in the ground, now we wait. Rain forecast the next 3 days, hopeful that doesn't kill them. We will finish covering the raised rows and wait for next spring to plant those 4 with an additional 196 plants. Also picked up 160 15 gallon pots from a local nursery to grow additional mature...

    Transplanting Tips Needed Please

Almost ready for transplant. The heat index and work being busy is slowing the process. Hope to have everything transplanted within a week. Spacing is 18" diagonal and 24" inline. Removing current shade cloth and adding another to it for better coverage. 245 plants will go in now and the balance...

    Transplanting Tips Needed Please

The picture is deceiving, rows are 24" wide along with the spacing in between. Its tight, guessing it will look like the greenhouse pic below if I am lucky. Plants will be diagonally spaced at 18" which puts them 24" apart in a straight line.   I have been following this guy in Romania, 9000...
