    issue I’m stumped!

    I have two raised beds with the same soil, same location and same number of pepper plants planted just a few days apart. One bed is thriving while the plants in the other haven't grown much at all, and look unhealthier overall with more drooping on hot days (but bear fruit and are flowering)...
