That is my setup. With an onion slice on top. After ingredients compress still get pieces heat and there because of a larger size jar. Guess I’ll just live with it. Hot sauce comes out well though.
Thank you for letting me join. I have been fermenting and making my own sauce for 2 seasons ( small batches). I have been looking for a site like this for some time. Looking forward to being able to contribute and get some insight myself.
