We had a 15 minutes storm this morning that had some serious wind gusts. My largest chocolate bhut jolokia was laying flat on it's side :( I stood him back up and gave him a stake for support. Keep him in your :pray:.

The new growth on some of my clones growing in DWC seems to get brown and crispy and then dies before actually grows. Roots look good and new growth seems to keep coming but repeats the same cycle. Any ideas/suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

My first ever hot sauce making attempt. Includes atomic starfish, long reds, bhut jolokias, carrots, onions and some other good stuff. Made it last night, sampling later today. It was originally a hab recipe but I have not ripe habs yet so I subbed.

What do you you all use for drying your peppers? Outdoor won't be a great option for me...it may be close to winter before my harvest is ready. I bought the Nesco American Harvest FD-1020 Gardenmaster 1000-Watt Digital Food Dehydrator from Amazon. Has good reviews and my neighbor has one...
Here's a few pics of my efforts this year. I grew a few plants in pots last year with moderate success so decided to try a little more this year. Have learned a ton....start earlier, don't plant so close and remember to label your plants so you know what's what before they start producing:-)...
