I got a dehydrator from my brother, and I was going to dry my habaneros tonight. However, I have no idea how long I should dry them for. I plan to grind them down into a powder. About how long will it take to dry them whole, or halved?

I read that I need a dehydrator but I dont want to buy one. is there any other way that I could do it?

I recently moved my lights up about 6in. above my plants and now the leaves are turning yellow...is this normal and okay for my peppers or no?
