Found this on Yahoo. Didn't see it posted anywhere else so here you go. Interesting read.

Been meaning to do this for a while now. Just a few blurbs on 2011's growing season. Better late than never. :)
Foodarama SB: Vigorous, short bushy. Grew out large lush leaves as seedling. Not a fan of too much food. Let it's early start sibbling the Fatalii beat it out on pod...
Making the final rounds on my plants. If any locals are interested, you can have any of the plants I grew this season minus the pots. They're getting chopped otherwise. Just PM me if interested:
Bih Jolokia
Fatalii
TFM SB
Trini Scorp (red)
7 Pot (red)
Trini Perfume
Lemon Drop (this one isn't...
In my time growing I've yet to see somthing like this. Still debating on whether or not this is a bad thing.
I don't play around with wild mushrooms but I did want to have a look at it. Wonder what kind this is and why it sprouted in my Fatalii's pot. Stinky Fish emulsion perhaps?
Just a few more varieties I was very interested in but didn't have room to try this season. If anyone is willing to part with some pods of any of these, drop me a line!
Thanks,
Joel
Season's not looking too shabby thus far. Really impressed with the Fatalii. Trini Perfume is on my "I dunno" list but too fair, I've only tried one early setting pod thus far so we'll see. Now for the pics

Foodarama Scotch Bonnet- My 2nd best plant thus far, which...
Just a curiosity. I don't remember ever paying as much attention to my plants as I have this season, but I'd of never got a chance to whitness this if I didn't. One of the smallest peppers on my Fatalii started ripening on Memorial day. This morning it was fully yellow/orange.
Is the...
Me again! Anyone with some true Datil seeds or an intresting Baccutum I'm looking to do a trade. Check my profile and let me know if your up for it.
Thanks,
Capitone
Experimented with starting peppers earlier than usual and have to say I'm pleased with the results. I started three initially but gave one to my Mom. These are the two I have left. My biggest concern was keeping them small enough to hold in a tight space. When they began to noticably take...
I know I've been gone for about a week or so, but it would appear that I've missed something....(or Wikepedia is less reliable than I thought)
Trolling around as I do, I ran across a statement regarding the Bhut to the tune of "a Chili pepper recognized as the 2nd hottest"...
I live in North Carolina and have grown peppers for the past 3 or so years. I've noticed that some strains can be more finicky than others. This year my entire grow list is new to me so I've no idea what to expect. Would appreciate info on the following strains. Specific things I'm looking...
This paricular strain is scarce it seems. Sounds like no vendor officially sells it but a few members have come across and grown some seed. Willing to pay anyone with about 5 true seeds.
Thx
Well trolling THP long enough certainly introduces/encourages one to try all sorts of things. ie drying and making your own pepper flake seasoning or eating entire pods. Well recently I tried my hand at pepper stuffing and though pleasantly surprised with my results, I must say I was a bit...
Figured this was a good find for folks really into Botany/Taxonomy. It's also a good place to see what some of the wild Species of Capsicum look like (which is how I ran across it).
