dvg, Gotta thank you for the recommendation. I went to Double DD Meats and was amazed and awed. And they had Cajun Sunshine. :) I guess I would have been surprised if they didn't -- kind of like the ocean not having a shark in it.

Hello all, I'm new to the forum. I'm going to be preparing a favorite of mine, a hot wings sauce that uses Arizona Gunslinger, Yucatan Sunshine, and Cajun Sunshine. I'm out of Cajun Sunshine and don't seem to be able to find it anywhere, except online and I'm unwilling to pay twice the cost...
