I'm giving it a go at hydro growing for the first time. So far I have left the full spectrum grow light on 24-7. Is it time to use a little less light or are the plants still at the stage that constant light is good?

I took this photo through a microscope. These little critters are sitting in the flowers of my Hab peppers. I suspect they are why its not producing. Are these aphids?

FINALLY, after much waiting my Habs are starting to bud and flower. I have been growing them here on my desk at work under and grow light. I also alternate them to the window sill over the weekend when I can't leave the light on. I'm all FIRED UP! :onfire:

I was hoping there would be some people on this forum growing Habaneros that could post some pics of you plants in different stages so I could see what my young plants will look like in the future and maybe get some tips.
