  I think you'll have enough for that.   If you desire even more ajvar, maybe you can ad some others horn shaped peppers, or make another batch. Vesena and Elephant are authentic Macedonian peppers for making hot ajvar, I guess some other horn shaped peppers could blend in, like Krimson Lee or...
