It seems I've got lots of browsing to do. Thanks for the replies and welcomes :fireball: Over the next couple days I'll be taking a look at lots of stuff to see what piques my interest and go wild with trying some of this stuff.

I've run a search for hot sauce stores online. I came up with a few but I thought I'd get advice here. Is there a general favorite store to buy hot sauce from on these forums? One that has more of the lesser-known hot sauces, not like Tabasco or anything? Also, I haven't found a thread here yet...
