    Hi everyone. Got that large bottle kicking around and can't find a use for it. It's not a proper hot sauce on it's own: too sour and lacks the heat. Any idea what to do? Marinade something in it? Strange that Melinda makes that now, they must be aiming for other customers, not me :)

    Found this tasty sauce in Poland. Tastes just great. Has pronounced bell pepper and tomatoes flavour and some sweetness and suggests a mix of ketchup and veggie stew. The heat is SUDDENLY 6/10, very unusual for that size of the bottle! (350g)

    Reaper + Habanero + Pickled Habanero Sauce

    Made some cooked sauce last night. Used Reapers, Habaneros, aand Habaneros I have pickled a month ago with distilled vinegar, bay leaves, blk pep, coriander & garlic powder. Added salt and fresh garlic. Will post the taste report soon!
