    I messed around with it last night, but when I get the real branded effect, the overall look is really dark. With the blueing though, I'll go back and try and fix that. I'm not too sure why that's happening?

    Personally I buy fresh coriander (or cilantro to you colonials), freeze it, crush it up, then grab a tablespoon or two as needed. It's never turned to much and keeps its flavour intact.
