Hello,   I have some Aji Habaneros that are growing well and will be ready soon... So I'd like to make a sauce with my harvest....   Ideally a more fruit\citrus rather than vinegar-based sauce... Can anyone give me pointers to some recipes please??   Either that, or some other Aji\Baccatum...

I'm now getting some fruit.... The Golden Greek (Lombardo), were the first off... Now pickled in jars. The Early Jalapeño followed shortly after. They have grown well. Salsa and Guacamole is on the way... The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion produced ripe fruit. Followed closely by the 7-pot Douglah...

That's very frustrating.   It's no better here in the UK. Several allotment holders round this way had all their Strawberries stolen. It was such a quantity taken, we imagine they are being taken to be sold.   The police have been contacted! Hopefully this stops before more crops ripen.   On a...

I'm still getting gradual progress. I'm now at the stage of moving the grow plugs into pots... This year, I'm trying out some fibre pots rather than plastic. All seems well so far.
