When going through the freezer yesterday I decided that I had way to many bags of peppers. So I made some pepper jam . I made Trinidad Scorpion, MOA Scotch Bonnet, And Brown Moruga jam. It all turned out very tasty. I used the same recipe as I do for my jalapeno jam.
