Are you growing in soil?  I have seen this problem in hydroponics when the pH is off... still could be a pH problem in the soil.   If you are growing in soil, what specifically?  Something from the hardware store or the backyard?

You need to take the lid off your seedling station when you put them outside. I bet it was 100+ degrees in there. I don't think the sun cooked them.. you effectively made an oven.

Lmam, if everything you planted is coming up it might be bad seed. Are you growing other super hots that have germinated successfully?
