All I know is it is hot. I love spicy food. I put sriracha on everything I eat. I cut open one of these about 20 min ago and ate a sliver on a cracker and my whole mouth is on fire.   Thanks for the help guys. Now I gotta figure out what I am gonna make with them.  :fireball:
