event 1st Annual New Orleans Hot Sauce and Gourmet Food Show - June 26-27, 2010

At least! There's finally gonna be a trade show in one of the greatest spicy food meccas on Earth - New Orleans! Home to Cajun and Creole cuisine, as well as America's most popular genre of hot sauce in Louisiana-style, this Mississippi Delta-area party this is sure to be a blast by all those who plan to attend.

What's in store for the First Annual New Orleans Hot Sauce and Gourmet Food Show? Well, there will be spicy food contests with loads of prizes, including the Grand Champion who will win a free booth at next year's show! Even if you're not entering a contest, there will still be dozens of vendors selling some of the tastiest, hot gourmet foods in the world, including hot sauce, salsa, spicy snacks, BBQ sauces, dip mixes, mustards, marinades, seasonings, soup and cajun mixes and so much more!

Mark your calendars now for Saturday, June 26th and Sunday, June 27th. The NOLA Hot Sauce Show is going to be held at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner, LA and costs $5.00 per day to attend.

The official show website has been set up at http://www.nolahotsauce.com with more info including times, maps, directions, and vendor info.

You can also follow the NOLA Hot Sauce Show on Twitter, and RSVP your invite on the Facebook Event Page.

Lastly, I want to give a huge shout-out to Tracy Carter of JAC's Tailgaters. He's been very instrument to getting this show off the ground that will serve this long-neglected region of the country with hot sauce goodness!
