I gave my best friend's dad some extra seedlings I had this year, and so far the beaver dam one has 5-6 really large peppers on it. Unfortunately none of mine survived, but he gave me the first one to start to turn color on his plant since I was in town today. I'm going to cook it for lunch tomorrow, but I can't decide how. My girlfriend suggested slicing it and sauteing it in olive oil like a bell pepper. Or should I even cook it or just eat it fresh? Any suggestions?
