Of dried Ghost Peppers
Don't remember which THP members Sig it was, I ordered a few samples. Mama made some salsa with the powder. Was very impressed with how little powder was needed too spice up the Salsa.
I love me some dried Ghost in my cooking. I find that fresh or whole dried definitely seem just a little hotter (even if they're probably the same) but actually prefer powdered because I can use more for a greater flavour. Really livens up something like a korma.
Moruga and Reaper I've only tried by nibbling dry and, of the two, I much prefer the Reaper. Moruga Scorpions are basically just massively beafed up Habs with all the abbrasiveness that entails. Some people love them but not me.Looking forward to making Reaper chocolate some time.
