I realize now these are not the best pictures you cannot get much scale.

I will take some better ones over the weekend and respond back.

Basd on the peppers you do see, how long till I should pick them?

FIrst time grower/poster here.

Pics are good (yes, I can see them). What are you growing? It would help to decide when to pick.
I wouldn't do anything; just continue what you're doing and harvest the pods when they're ripe; the plants look great.

Edit: I see from the title you're growing 3 serrano / 2 pablano / 2 Tabasco. The Tabascos should be red for picking, I'm not sure about the other 2 types. When I lived in the states the Serrano and pablanos were always green in the markets; but then so were the Jalapenos, so???
Hopefully some other poster will answer that question.

Your plants all look good. Pick the pods whenever they are big enough for you or are ripe. The should all ripen red or close to it. Serranos are great red or green. I would definitely wait for the Tabascos to turn before picking.

That is a dwarf schefflera.

I have grown it from very skinny and now is beefing up nicely. Thanks for the comments.
