I think that you will find answers that vary for the SHU but it seems to be a bit over 1,000,000.
As far as taste, I don't know how you really determine the taste of a super hot. There is a little bit of flavor for about fifteen seconds then the flavor is pain.

I have grown red Brain Strains that came directly from Cappy for more than a few years. As others have said, genetics will vary. It is the same with any peppers. It is one of my favorite super hot peppers. We have a group that meets every Monday night that eats hot peppers, and many times, we are doing side by side tests of various peppers. These red brain strains were our benchmark for the hottest tasting pepper before the primos and reapers. It tasted about 20% hotter than Moruga scorpions. It seems to really get to people. The red brain wrecked Nigel.
It is intensely hot and the heat builds. I think it has a bit of sweetness, as compared to a scorpion that has a very slight bitter taste. It has a little bit of fruitiness. It is probably my second favorite super, next to the red primo. Brain strains taste great all the way around. Cappy's chocolate is the best I have tried. Duffy's was bitter. I also have a caramel brain strain from Cappy's seeds. Along with the yellow, they all have a better taste than other types in the same heat range. I haven't tasted a yellow primo yet, but I can see if someone wants a good range of flavors in a collection of supers, but needed to limit your types, except for maybe adding red bhuts, Jay's peaches, and maybe yellow fataliis (which are not supers) you would be great with having mainly primos and brains of all colors. I honestly believe you should just grow both varieties out if they interest you because 100 people will give their opinions and yet you still will not have a clue about the heat and flavor.You have to order pods and conduct your own test or maybe someone can send you a few to try.Different strokes for different folks.Best to try them yourself.In conclusion both types hot and tasty.

For the truly hott stuff, you might want to wait a day between samples; the first pod might leave your palate too blasted to glean much intel about the second. In the meantime, check out some video reviews. THP's own Peter S and Nigel offer very detailed reviews, where discussion of flavor profiles are the focus, rather than a bunch of carryin-on about how incredibly HAWT the pod is...
Hope this helps; I've never tried anything hotter than the "standard" 7Pot Yellow, and that was enough to just about kill my face, so I can't offer anything empirical about the specific chiles you've mentioned. But i can say that it's worth your time/money to try these things personally before you spend 8 months growing them out... at the very least, it will satisfy your curiosity.

In my opinion, they all taste like crap. You really only get a "flavor" for a very short period of time before the pain kicks in. Look at the reviews of superhots. They are entertaining but no one really looks like they are enjoying the experience.
Superhots are fun because they have some really awesome pod shapes but besides that they are useless in my opinion. You'll always end up with way more than you can realistically use. Some try to sell pods to get rid of them. Others dry and/or powder them. Some pickle or ferment them. You can use a few making sauces but you'll still have way more than you know what to do with.
Grow a more useful pepper. I would say nothing much hotter than a Scotch Bonnet. Once you get past that heat level it seems like the superhot peppers are mainly grown and bred for gnarly pods and super heat. Not for taste.
