Nigel, I'm sure you can tell from the video just how little I actually wanted to eat that pepper. Thankfully my stomach was okay. I only woke up once in the middle of the night, but was able to quell the burn in my gut with a glass of milk. Those 7 browns are always guaranteed to kick your butt.

How in the hell can you eat a whole one of those!!!! I'm eating half of one with my crappy frozen pizza and i'm dying!!!!!  Love the flavor though.

Believe me, it's not something I wish to do on a daily basis.  As you can tell, it's not an experience that brings great pleasure to me.  Although the endorphin high I had after the burn subsided was quite nice!
