Gigantic seems about right, as this was a very large pepper indeed. A very large Superhot, in fact. The initial flavour was sweetish, leading to a typical 7-pot flavour. It wasn`t really fruity, but more vegetal in nature. The heat was right up front and I thought it was going to blow my head clean off, but it peaked quickly and never achieved the hear I thought it was going to give. It`s still a true 7-pot and still 7-pot in heat, but this one was less hot than a typical Yellow 7-pot or even the White 7-pot I`d eaten the day before.
The size of it gives a lot of potential in cooking especially stuffing with meat/rice/cheese or even sweet fillings. This would be good with lemon custard inside, if you ask me!!!
