A big 'ol howdy from San diego

HOWDY! name is Eric, i live 1 mile from Mission bay in San Diego. i have a little apartment with a 150sqft balcony looking at Mission bay/ocean. well back on topic. last year was my first time trying to grow peppers, i had no idea about all the various types, so i went to and picked up a bell, jalapeno, and hungarian wax. well i had terrible MG soil and i over watered them! they lived but got very few/small pepepers. The Hungarian wax i ended up with 100+ peppers.

Well this year i thought I would change it up and got the OK from the GF to try various types. so i found a gentleman 30 min east from me to get seedlings so i bought a few and killed a couple due to over watering/shock. and 3 of the super hots i had had transplant shock, and then i over watered then( i have now learned my lesson!) so as of right now i have a pinguito de mono, red devils tongue, red Jamaican mushroom, choc bell(for the GF) red rocoto, red hab, choc hab, 2 choc bhut (one is stunted bad and i have in a little pot trying to salvage it), peter pepper, 2 yellow 7 pot(1 is in bad shape) Butch T(but it is the worst of the plants, i am still holding on to hope, the soil was too moist). i cannot wait to taste a few of them, i have 12 red mushrrom pods so looks like that will be the next pepper i try. i have already tried the pinguita de mono, and i ate a scotch bonnet(that was a tasty pepper) ii also have a Mystery pepper that my guy had no idea what it is. looks like a Chinese but i am a noob so prob wrong on this one!
