A few questions regarding growth

First off this is my first year growing peppers. (stay tuned for my all out grow log, iowa style... simple)

So i was wondering about my first question and stumbled upon it in another thread thats new. Its about new growth being wrinkled. Ive noticed this... it seems like the leaves arnt right but they almost seem to grow out of it and become normal. Can someone confirm this?

second question about my watering i have a feeling are pepper plants ok when there leaves hang down a tad or are they supposed to be horizontal?

Well im pretty sure wrinkling is due to calcium deficency, and if they droop a little either its due to them not being use to sun or they need a bit of water.

Its fine. My scotch bonnet does that too. I've noticed the c. Chinense plant tend to have that kind of texture.
