I recently placed an order with A&M Farms and wanted to say how satisfied I am with the customer service and the peppers I received. I placed an order mid-week thinking I would receive them by the end of the week. I paid through his website ( https://www.amfarms.biz/ ) and used the checkout with paypal option. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation until 4 days later which was little weird to me. I checked my paypal and seen that an echeck was used. I'm not too familiar with this whole process but understand that this is on the vendor side and the vendor generally waits for the echeck to clear before sending items. Not a big deal but he may want to state that on his website, I'm sure there will be some folks who are turned off by this, but knowing upfront makes all the difference. Anyway about a week after placing my order I received the peppers, not in the greatest shape, I lost a few I think due to the hot weather they had to travel in. I just mentioned that I had lost some due to transit and without hesitation he sent me out a replacement box full of peppers. WOW! did not expect that but was very grateful, the second box came and all were in great shape.
