A question about bulk peppers??

I have a question, If i have Pounds of peppers (deseeded) (Red Moruga and or Red BrainStrain) is there a market for them to be sold and what would be the adverage price per pound?

Can Sauce makers can still use them once they are dried.

i have tried dry pods for hot sauce and it works just fine

Yes, dried chiles work fine for sauces.  Not sure if any commercial processors would be interested unless the pods were cleaned, processed, dried etc in a proper facility... but I'm sure there would be people interested in a seedless pepper powder of those superhot varieties.

I would say if they are in 1/2, dry smoke and dry them. Huge market for smoked and dried pods currently.
