A question about Roberto's Cuban Seasoning

I'm growing a Roberto's Cuban Seasoning chile pepper plant. It says that it belongs to C.chinense. But one thing's confused me. I know that all real C.chinense chile plants usually have 2 to 5 flowers at a node. But my plant has only 1 flower at each node. Does it mean that Roberto's Cuban Seasoning is a hybrid? Anyone know its "parents"? ;)

but Chinenses can often only have 1 flower/pod per node
Can you tell me their names?

And what about white/yellow anthers of Roberto's Cuban Seasoning flower?
As far as I know the most flowers of genuine C.chinense have blue anthers and only few of them have white/yellow ones such as Numex Suave Red, Amazon Chile Roma, Tobago Seasoning, i.e. mild/sweet chinense. But I think that the latter chilies are not genuine C.chinense but C.chinense x C.annuum hybrids...
Am I wrong?
