Timber...! Look Out Below..."-)

I've cut these half back twice since starting new years day and was going to shut it down till next winter so I can pay attention to what I have in the ground (pots) now. After reading a few recent threads I have decided to cut them way back and see what happens, I will post photos when and if they come back...

Made some of Quad's Killer Pepper Relish, OMG it's quick, simple and to die for. Hell I'm thinking about putting some on my ice cream after dinner it's that good but decided to save it for the burgers, brats, dogs, pizza and such..."-)

Next time... I'm adding diced Pineapple and celery..."-)

This would make a great marinade and/or topping for chicken and fish as well...

On the cut back, I've all ready cut them back 20" twice and they keep growing into the lights as their setting fruit. If they come back this time they will be bushy and have lots of room to grow, at least that's the plan...

Still getting a lot of bloom drop tho, so I'm going to change things up a little this time...
