Being a single parent sometimes I'll cheat and pick up something quick and ugly for dinner. Just me and the teenage boy left in the house and I don't feel like cooking every night.
Tonight was cheap frozen pizza. Red Barons to be exact. The Classic Crust Buffalo Chicken style. Went through the ingredients looking for the "key" ones and found one; aged cayenne.
I added some extra cheese and decided to wait on the spices until I tried a bite. Believe it or not it was actually tasty. Not hot, but the tingle lasted for a bit and it had a fair buffalo taste to it. A little orange hab powder settled in quite nice.
I'm still kind of stunned. Anybody need a quick fix this can tide you over until something better comes along.
