i got my recent issue of chile pepper magazine and there is a add for daves hot sauce...adjustable..turn the top and it gose from hot to hotter?? how can this work??? anyone have this and know if it works??

So does this bottle simply regulate the amount that comes out or am I missing something here? How does the heat get controlled?

The bottle contains two seperated sauces and presumably when the top is turned, more of the 'hotter' sauce is released then the other.
