AISPES reg form

I'm looking at an AISPES registration form....if any one is familiar with this,I have a question as to last 4 blanks..Date,Firma,Question il,Association accepted card number.
I believe this is for them to fill out?????Anyone?

I'm assuming it's for 'office use' but I'm not sure.

I was ready to send it in, unless I read it wrong the annual membership would expire in December, thus I'd have to reply, and if that's the case I'll wait until January and get the 12 months worth. Very interesting website and seed collecters.

I saw that , I have enough seeds to start about half of my intended grow list in December and start the rest around end of January if I wait....but I keep hearing the voices chanting...."the White Bhut....
Tigers....".I'm gonna keep snooping as you can probably register for the next year now.They have some cool stuff.

They really are some great folks. If I remember right I signed up in October or November of last year and they went ahead and gave me the last couple of months of 2010 and used my money for the entire 2011 year. I'm sure if you sign up during the middle of the year they will pro rate the fees.

I didn't think of that.....gonna try that when I hit the beach next.I was hating the waiting for a fresh year!

You might want to send an email to AISPES, I did to see if I could register ond submit the fees thru paypal online, they responed back and advised me to wait until Dec. as the new years registration would be starting, can do it all online,just need reg. form with identification doc., They did mention in the response about people only joining for the seeds........Hmmm....I can see their point, sure I agree people should participate in forums with their ideas and suggestions, but aren't we all trying to grow something out of the ordinary???
