Aji Colorado - A "my first hot pepper" for the kids

Another coheed196 pod and a really delicious one at that. 
 
Very crunchy, extremely sweet, fruity as hell, but with a small lick of heat too. I`ve become a very big fan of C.baccatum varieties this year and this one didn`t disappoint. Take out the seeds/placenta and anyone could eat this pepper, kids included. It`s as sweet as a pop tart and a lot more healthy!

been a long time since i ate one but yes they are wonderful peppers
so you like C Baccatums i love um!! so now you know why i named myself AJIJOE lol
 
you need to try the Aji Pineapple i sent and later you should try an Aji Omni-color if you get a chance at them
 
i really am fond of the Aji Pineapple and had a huge harvest this year about 10 times bigger than last
going out to pick as soon as im done here :woohoo:
