color Aji Jobito Pod Discoloration

My first time growing this one, and these are the first two pods to ripen. The bottom portion of each pod has a surface discoloration, as you can see. Has anyone else seen this?

It was only on the surface and didn't affect the flesh.

I have had a bunch ripen and not had that problem.

I had a few that did that. No clues what it is, but as you said, it didn't affect the peppers.

Nothing to worry about, sometimes remains of the flower get stuck to the pod or even some dirt, and sort of fuses with the skin.
I've had other pods do this too, but they always tasted fine and looked fine on the inside.
