Aji Russian yellow not growing

This plant looks fine. The problem is that it looks exactly like it did 2 weeks ago. It did not get taller or grow any new leaves. I know it is soaked now, but it has been drier during the period. Now, I'm watering eveything with a full dose of Cal-Mag. It did get an earlier watering with some 24-8-16 nutes.

Why has it stopped growing??

I take a shot at your question.. I would say it needs more light (or closer light) and a fan blowing on it.
I might be wrong but that it what i think.

It may have gotten a little taller, but it is hard to tell. Maybe it needs more light. Right now, it is in the 2nd row, not directly under the light. I'll need to get more light next season.
