Aji Umba...Eeeowww!

Just when I thought (know) that I had all the varieties that I could handle, I decide to cruise peppermania's site. Bad move on my part. I come across a pepper that I've never seen, the pod color is wicked, it is from suriname and it's rare. Add another one to the list.

Anyone growing / grow this variety?

I've got a few seeds going of the aji umba and I believe one of them has broken the surface already. I've never eaten one of them either but hopefully that will change this fall.

This one from peppermania has a crazy color I have never seen in a pepper. It is called Aji Azul. I've never heard of it before. A blue pepper!
