Alaskan fish firtalizer

So first things first I live in phx,az (heat)so my question is on the bottle it says 1tbl/gal but if I need to water say 2-3 times a week with the (grow) 5.1.1 &bloom 0.10.10 how much/often do I use the firtalizer.
